1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AetherEx ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform.

2. About AetherEx

AetherEx is a proprietary 3D exhibition stand design platform owned and operated by CreativeConnect Expo, a company incorporated and operating under the laws of the United Arab Emirates ("Company", "we", "us", "our").

3. Intellectual Property Rights

You acknowledge and agree that:

• All source code, object code, algorithms, and proprietary methodologies are confidential and proprietary to CreativeConnect Expo
• No part of the Platform's code, design, or functionality may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or reverse-engineered without explicit written permission
• Any attempt to decompile, disassemble, or otherwise derive the source code is strictly prohibited
• All trademarks, service marks, and logos displayed on the Platform are registered and unregistered trademarks of CreativeConnect Expo

4. License to Use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal or internal business purposes. This license does not include any right to:

• Sell, resell, or commercialize the Platform or any part thereof
• Copy, modify, or create derivative works
• Use the Platform to develop competing products or services
• Access the Platform's source code or attempt to do so

5. User Content and Designs

When you create designs using the Platform ("User Designs"), you retain ownership of your original creative input. However:

• You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to store, process, and display your designs as necessary to provide the service
• The underlying technology, templates, and tools used to create your designs remain our exclusive property
• We may use anonymized, aggregated data from user interactions for platform improvement

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Platform to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful code
• Engage in any activity that could damage, disable, or impair the Platform
• Use automated tools to access the Platform without permission
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

IN NO EVENT SHALL CREATIVECONNECT EXPO BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CreativeConnect Expo and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Arab Emirates.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
